A Local Nature Reserve. We have had a coppicing regime in place for over 20 years and have made several clearings to increase the number and variety of wildflowers and butterflies. We have also built a number of paths with sleeper bridges and a stile.
A Local Nature Reserve. We have carried out step and path construction in a woodland area as well as boardwalk construction in a wetland area. We have created habitats including building an artificial otter holt. Other work has included hedgelaying, scrub management and coppicing in an overgrown wooded area.

We have carried out meadow cutting regularly on this area which is next to the river Bltyh. We have cleared paths, carried out selective tree removal and performed willow scrub management. A large amount of invasive Himalayan Balsam has been cleared from this site.
A Local Nature Reserve. We have been removing the rhododendron from this area for over 15 years and have nearly eradicated it from the whole wood. We have also carried out path work and some marginal planting around the pond.
We have carried out selective thinning of an area of native trees planted some years ago to remove dead, diseased and damaged trees and removed bramble and other ground smothering plants to provide room for other trees to grow. We are also carrying out some coppicing to increase the diversity of the age range of the trees.
